    This wouldn’t be by way of preparing us for the forums to be shut down entirely, would it? Or are you just making a point about how very much harder you work than any past or present forum volunteers?

    If I had not posted the forums posts I would have been asked – so I did.

    That I’m working harder:
    - so I should, it’s my job
    - many users do not use the forums
    - many users do not know the forums exist
    - many problems cannot be solved there and at that point in time the user knows that, so they just send a support in.

    Stats are not hidden around here and as I had done a post before on them this does not stand out. It’s also a marker for the future.

    Close the forums? No, not planned, not going to happen.
